Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many government records, but Catoosa County records are not held in one place. Superior Court handles felony and divorce records. State Court handles misdemeanors and traffic cases. Magistrate Court handles smaller civil claims, evictions, and warrant functions. Probate Court handles estates, marriage records, weapons carry permits, and guardianship matters. The County Clerk handles county-government records and open-records administration, while the Sheriff's Office handles jail, warrant, incident, and local criminal-history processes.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Georgia court, Catoosa County office, clerk's office, sheriff's office, prosecutor, public defender, or state agency. There are real limits to what this site can do:
- It cannot file paperwork or send records requests for anyone
- It cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- It cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to a person
- It cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or procedure remains current
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal or electronic certification.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the reference pages available. This site does not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results.
